What does DIS_w166 mean?

Tesla warning code in the Drive Inverter Secondary (DIS) module. The secondary drive invertor (DIS) has detected the high voltage interlock loop (HVIL) voltage is outside of specified range. Note: This alert can be falsely triggered then the DIS is outputting higher torque. This alert alone is not enough to identify that there is an HVIL issue.
