If FC_w171_CA_vehConLockTimeout_PT appears on the vehicle or in the logs, update the vehicle firmware to the current version.

The vehicle connector lock timed out while attempting to charge the CHAdeMO. This is set by the CHAdeMO when the adapter is inserted but is unable to latch. This alert was formerly named FC_w171_CA_vehConLockTimeout_PT in firmware versions prior to 2017.12. If FC_w171_CA_vehConLockTimeout_PT appears on the vehicle or in the logs, update the vehicle firmware to the current version.
