What does GTW_w180 mean?

Tesla warning code in the Gateway (GTW) module. The measured Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning (HVAC) rail voltage does not match the expected state of the HVAC rail (i.e. the HVAC rail is on, but the voltage measured is not within 2V of the 12V reference rail).

The measured Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning (HVAC) rail voltage does not match the expected state of the HVAC rail (i.e. the HVAC rail is on, but the voltage measured is not within 2V of the 12V reference rail).
