What does GTW_w275 mean?

Tesla warning code in the Gateway (GTW) module. This alert indicates that the vehicle is unable to charge the 12V battery because of the following: The HV battery State of Charge (SOC) is 6% or below, and 12V support is disabled at this value.?The Gateway cannot determine the SOC of the high voltage (HV) battery pack. This is a rare firmware bug that is being addressed. In this state, the 12V battery will dischage until the Battery Management System (BMS) state changes and the SOC_min is read by the Gateway (BMS_state will no longer be SNA).

Original Description
