If CP_w084_proximityPeDisconnected appears on the vehicle or in the logs, update the vehicle firmware to the current version.

Guobiao (GB) DC/AC PE busbar is suspected to be missing. This alert was formerly named CP_w084_proximityPeDisconnected in firmware versions prior to develop/2020.24. If CP_w084_proximityPeDisconnected appears on the vehicle or in the logs, update the vehicle firmware to the current version.
