Tesla unknown code in the Drive Inverter (DI) module. The brake pedal is required before shifting into gear. If the vehicle has been in neutral for more than 1 second and the vehicle speed is less than 0.8kph (0.5mph), the brake must be pressed in order to enter Drive or Reverse.
