What does EPAS-D004 mean?

Tesla diagnostic code in the EPAS (EPAS) module. The Dataflash was not initialized.? The block was not written and could not be read back with the written data. This can be caused by a defective address decoder or defective Non-Volatile Random Access Memory (NVRAM). The reset conditions requires software restart, function inhibition reset, ignition change, and another function inhibition reset.
