What does ESP-A013 mean?

Tesla alert code in the Electronic Stability Program (ESP) module. Voltage across pins 25->38, and 1->13 on the ESP connector below specification Voltage across pins 25->38, and 1->13 on the ESP connector >= 12V in Drive Left Front Wheel Speed Sensor: Plausibility against second signal failed due to monitoring of wheel speed differences. Large wheel speed diff relative to other sensors detected Difference between all four wheel velocities has to be less than 6% for more than 1 second while the vehicle is driving straight ahead.
