What does IBST-A088 mean?
Tesla alert code in the Integrated Brake System (IBST) module. Rotation Position Sensor Cos+ or Cos-signal too low Flashed software does not match to the device. ECU internal fault, check wiring to the unit and/or re-flash. If problem continures after several power cycles, reolace unit. RPS raw signals (sine and cosine): vector length too low. ECU internal fault, check wiring to the unit and/or re-flash. If problem continures after several power cycles, reolace unit.
