Tesla alert code in the Restraint Control Module (RCM) module. Inertial measurement unit pitch rate offset compensation saturation limit reached. Right vehicle controller CAN communication fault. No right vehicle controller CAN communication fault present. The restraint control module has detected the loss of a power supply. The restraint control module no longer detects the loss of a power supply. There is a fault with the inertial measurement unit of the restraint control module. Cannot be cleared. Replace the restraint control module. Electronic power assisted steering ECU CAN communication fault. No electronic power assisted steering ECU CAN communication fault present. There is a fault with the driver active vent. There is a fault with the right curtain airbag. Gateway CAN communication fault. No gateway CAN communication fault present. The restraint control module has detected a checksum fault. The checksum fault is corrected. There is a fault with the passenger knee airbag. There is a fault with the driver occupancy switch. There is a fault with the Emergency Notification Signal-2 line.

RCM-A103 is an Alert in the Restraint Control Module system. It is generally safe to continue driving, but have it checked at your next scheduled service.
