Tesla alert code in the Vehicle Controller Front (VCFRONT) module. The vehicle is in a self test state, some functions are inhibited. ODIN or other has put the vehicle in this state using UDS commands. UDS commands are no longer active. Functions will be inhibited and non-standard behaviors will be observed.

VCFRONT-A176 is an Alert in the Vehicle Controller Front system. It is generally safe to continue driving, but have it checked at your next scheduled service.
