Tesla alert code in the Vehicle Controller Front (VCFRONT) module. Windshield washer fluid is low Washer fluid just became low, OR vehicle exited park gear while washer fluid is low, OR wash pump attempted while washer fluid is low Cleared 8 seconds after being set No washer fluid to wipe windshield. The motor controller has a communication fault. Possible VCFRONT internal electrical issue. Powertrain performance may be limited. The liquid cooled condenser EXV's motor driver has reported a warning.
