TAS2-A078
TAS2_a078_pressureSigVTooHigh
What does TAS2-A078 mean?
Tesla alert code in the Thermal Architecture System v2 (TAS2) module. The Tesla Air Suspension Controller (TAS) supplies the system pressure sensor (located in the valve block) with 5V, and observes the analog pressure signal voltage to evaluate the pressure. In normal operation of the pressure sensor, the signal should range from approximately 10-90% of the supply voltage. Set: The gallery pressure sensor signal is above 96% the supply voltage (nominally 5V). voltage > 4.8 V Clear: The gallery pressure sensor signal is below 96% the supply voltage (nominally 5V). voltage < 4.8 V 96% corresponds to ~22.4 bar To convert from percent to bar: p(bar) = 23.7248 * p(percent) - 1.375

Severity Notes
TAS2-A078 is an Alert in the Thermal Architecture System v2 system. It is generally safe to continue driving, but have it checked at your next scheduled service.
