Tesla alert code in the Vehicle Controller Front (VCFRONT) module. The chiller control is in a state where the compressor could be flooding. HVAC cabin cooling (air conditioning) and powertrain performance may be limited. The chiller's superheat is less than 1 deg C for more than 3 seconds while there is chiller demand The chiller control has restarted or the superheat temperature is above the minimum threshold of 1 deg C
